I'm just a girl on the go! I've got a wonderful husband and 3 "kids"...my german shepherd Jazz, and two cats. I am really a pretty healthy person just looking to shape up for my vacation coming up in January. I just want to feel good about myself and not flinch when I look in the mirror. I'm very interested in all things health food/fitness. I'm currently going "Primal" and reading Mark Sisson's book "Primal Blueprint". I'd highly recommend it!
