Doing much better in cutting carbs and protein below the LA Weightloss limit, which I have been going over the first couple of days on this diet. Trying different varieties of food to keep me satisfied and full. Will weigh myself at the end of the week, have to get rid of the monthly bloating first.

I feel that I am doing well this weekend on LA weightloss, going slightly over the calorie count, but everything I've eaten is healthy. I am going through sugar withdrawls though, the protein bars are good for these times, are low in sugar which is better for me.

Just starting LA Weight Loss today, after not being able to fit in any of my clothes after the holidays. Really want to get this weight off, feel so uncomfortable and fat. I have been on this diet before last year and lost 10 pounds, and find that this is the only diet that works for me mainly because I can shop at the grocery store and prepare my own food. Also the two protein bars take away my sugar cravings and takes away the hunger.
