Travelling and Fit and Free
Ricky and I are travelling and living in hotels and visiting family and friends sharing Fit and Free. It's been an amazing journey. In the past this meant 6-12 lbs gained..., 6 for Ricky, 12 for me.
But we're drinking Zeal and now Fit and Free. We both noticed we're not gaining with Fit & Free. We're not losing but we're not gaining. Folks are seeing it too!
Fit and Free is amazing.
We're often guests but when we go out, we're finding Applebee's is a great choice. Calories are listed for everything. Good food, good service and many folks there are watching their weight too!

New to site and looking for friends!!

When i started Zeal I weighed almost as much as you ..., so scary, right??!!
Leanne gave me great advice and Zeal launched and you recall I lost 15 by Freedom.
Ricky, Nancy Harrison and I started the Fit and Free on August 2nd. I can tell I've dropped about 5 more lbs by the clothes I can suddenly fit into. Ricky and I are travelling and no scale in the excercise room here at our hotel. Guess we'll hit a Target store and borrow a scale for a moment and find out. This app is really cool.
