Milk was my highest calorie item. Who knew 2% milk was like a candy bar. Geez.
The calories for my lunch were actually not that high so what else do I eat or does everyone save it for supper. Please let me find healthy to be exciting sugar was my best friend for a long time!

I was reading the summary of my food for my first full day and was surprised by how much of my food was still carbs and how little was protein. Lots to learn. I made a protein shake this morning with coffee afterward so I feel like I am still eating. Love this site, lots of encouraging words thank you everyone!

I have been having nausea after I eat every day. My understanding is that it is part of liver disease. So when I ate lunch earlier it tasted great but this afternoon I feel ill. Supper is going to be a kind of salad stuffed taco spinach wrap. Hope I can eat. I have such a different feeling with this weight loss change. I never had confidence about before but I have felt determined lately which is really nice.

Wow I had weak knees and shakes so I ate lunch early at 11:30. Do others experience that at first? Lunch was so good and I spent only 42.00 for the week. Planning to weigh myself once a week so I don't get bogged down in numbers.
