Today was an ok day. I didnt eat all the right foods but i did better with portions. I did exercise and drank my water. Far from perfect but im doing better!!!!!

I recently went on vacation and ir was the first time i lost weight on vacation. I went with three of my friends who were all skinny( i weigh about 2.5 of them lol) and we ate out alot. But i ate like them. I would eat slower and then they would say "oh im getting full" and i would stop and think "am i getting full?" and what to do u know....i was....whodathunkit???? And i would make an effort to leave food on my plate because they would and i would be full!! So between that and all the salking we had to do i lost 2lbs on vacation!!! I guess its true that its important about the company that you keep. Now that i have been back for two days i have been trying to some how do it on my own and its been hard but i've been doing a little better. This might sound like"duh of course" to alot of people but it was really an eye opener for me. Like i said i just have to learn how to "eat skinny" when there are no skinny people around:)
