Been trying to get back on the exercise wagon it's been rough because I've been so thrown off schedule. I have to go to school every night for 4 weeks and its starting to wear on me. Im goinhg to try to start turbofire. At least I wont be able to use the excuse that I don't know what exercise to do that day because its all mapped out so hopefully that will make it a little easier. My goal right now is to get over this hump of the 280's. I seem to be getting stuck at this same spot the last few times I've tried to lose weight and I dont know why. So right now Im going to focus on these four lbs lol. I know it seems small but it will mean sooooo much to me to get on the scale and it say 279lbs. I think after I get over this hump(whatever it is) I will be able to wrap my head around my other goals after that!!!

I realize just how bad my eating is. I am going to have a very hectic 4 weeks because i have school every night!!! So i decided to take this time to focus on my eating. I am still going to exercise but i have got to clamp down on my eating. Some days i even worked out twice a day!!! But now that i realize just how bad i eat im going to change it!!!!

Today was a good start to the week. I was back at bootcamp, i ate better than last week, and i got some cleaning done. I have a mini goal that i am working on. This week i want to get into the 70's. I was so close last week and then i gained. But not this week. I can taste it. I feel like i sabotage myself when i get close and i dont know why but not this time...i want it sooooo bad. I know its gonna be difficult because i would have to lose 4 or 5lbs but i can do it!!! I just really, really,...really have to focus, but i got this i know i do!!!!!
