Hello! I was late recording my weight for some of my challenges but its ok. Today im going to try to start using fatsecret to track some of my food and exercise. My old phone couldn't upload the page but this phone can so im gonna give it a shot. for my exercise this morning im going to do the ramp it up video of slim in 6 from beachbody so thats the start of my day! Have a good one!

Im exercising this morning and getting it together. My class is almost over so I can kick it into high gear after thiz week is over but I need to get back into it right now.

Today is a hot a beautiful day!! I had a pretty ridiculous weekend when it came to mey eating. I was eating and craving things that I usually don't have a problem with for example chips. Im usually the donught, pastry, bread carbaholic but Im usually fine with chips but for some reason I could not get my fill of them this weekend lol.I dont know but I am working very hard this week to reach my goal to get into the 270's. I need to lose 3lbs and I know I can do it. I've also started back into my exercise routine slowly but surely by walking. So this is going to be a great week!!!
