First training session with Michelle today.
Breakfast was 2 egg whites and 1/2 English muffin with 1 tsp. raspberry jam.
One hour workout. 24 oz. water.
Lunch: 4 oz. turkey breast. 7 wheat thins. 16 oz. water.
