I would like to make some permanent changes in my life to feel healthy and fit again. Too many years of sedentary lifestyle (office job, long commute, busy Mom, etc) I would like to make it a daily habit (6 days / week) to get at least 1 hour of exercise (combo of cardio and weight training). Also, to focus more on what I'm eating (pay attention to food labels, etc). My goal is to lose weight and to feel more energetic and happier.
