After starting the LCHF lifestyle, I learned I need 1966kcal calorie intake per day. This consists of 50g (10%, 200 kcal) carbs, 104g (21% 416kcal) protein and 150g fat (69%, 1350 kcal) to lose weight at a steady and healthy pace.
I am very excited as int he few days starting this, I havent had the need to chew on something nor did I get 'lus' for crap.
Feeling determined and happy.
This is not just for myself, but for the health of my baby - I want to give birth naturally and need to reach my goal weight in order to do so. I have 4 months. 1kg per month would suffice.
