Been a long time. Wife says I need to fix this. I agree. Went to the lake for the weekend and I am about to die from exertion. No more of this!

I was a bad boy this week. Too much beer and snacks. Cutting down on the beer and snacks immediately. I like fruit and celery now. Still like cheese, too. :)

Did better yesterday. Today is Pizza day at work. Hope I can hang in there. My son made me pizza for breakfast, so I will have to face the challenge of skipping lunch.

Ordered and ate 3 tacos last night. Should have had one. Also noticed that beer is significantly adding to my "bottom" line. Gotta slow that down or quit it altogether.
