Weekends are normally challenging, so yesterday I told my family I am on a strict protocol, so don't be offended if I turn down food. I ate protocol foods, just ate too many calories for hcg plan. Today beginning challenge and will stay on track.

This is the one plan that works for me. I dropped 60 over a year in 2008 Nov.1 to July 2009. But dramatic family events over 4 years I gained 50 lbs back. After going through letting go, I am now ready to move forward. Food no longer dictates my life. I no longer obsess over food, or food choices. I follow what works for me. And it is working!

Looks like a second day of stall breaker paid off. Today back on track with hcg vlcd. My hubby and I are planning a western cruise in March of 2016 and my goal is to be in a size 10.
