The Things that Motiivate Us
I had struggled with this in my personal journal this morning. Was focusing on a number on the scale and have discovered that while this may be a goal, it is not motivation. I am going to begin to start visualizing what life would be like at my goal weight.

Carbs... replacement foods
Have you tried the cauliflower recipes like cauliflower rice or twice baked cauliflower (all gooey with sour cream, cheese and bacon bits)?
