8 houreating/16 hour not eating
Very sustainable, basically don't eat breakfast, then time meals within 8 hrs of each other. That's what I've been doing. In two months I've lost almost 25 lbs (lost 10 lbs before starting this recent cycle). I'm also combining with low carbs.
