Woke up with a massive cold, absolutley no appetite what-so-ever. Glad maybe I'll burn a few extra calories today by coughing so much and living on liquids. Not too happy that I have to skip the gym.

Haven't lost any weight yet, but I already feel lighter with more energy! Sticking to around 1800 calories a day with moderate workout and NOT eating ANYTHING after 5... I have a big bowl of fresh fruit every morning and that has been giving me a lot of energy. I had so much energy last night I didn't know what to do with myself...
Another cool trick I've noticed: Drink hot green tea (plain no sugar!!) before you eat a meal... I've noticed I've been getting full a lot faster that way but also stay full. [/color]

I think it may be my sodium intake that is making these first couple of pounds so difficult to come off. Bought all fresh veggies, meat, and fish and threw away all canned and frozen items. Also trying the Cayenne pepper challenge today.
