Good evening. So I just returned from the doctor and was told that I’ve gain too much weight. He informed me that I need to lose weight or it would become another health issue on top of the ones I already have. From what he told me the low carb that I had myself has in fact been hurting my body and that’s the reason I’m not losing, but gaining more weight. So my question for everyone: What high carb foods can I eat that will do me best while I work out?
