Today I made a promise to myself & that was I would love & look after my body for ever after. I have been neglecting it way too long. I want to have a baby & live a healthy life however I am sabotaging that by eating crap. When I am down I gorge on sugary things & over-eat. That is not going to happen any more.
My school reunion is in October, I promise myself to each well & lose enough weight to look more fabulous than I did when I was at high school.
