Looking back over my journal I realize that I have not stuck to what I said I was going to do so I should stick a big 'L' on my head. Maybe that will spur me on to redouble my efforts and restart my diet properly.

The first 5 pounds were so pleasing when they came off that I must remind myself of the joy. Here we go!

Have been off and on over the xmas period. Am strongly committed to right my bad eating behaviour once and for all. Bring on 2007!!
