Didnt lose and didnt gain ... I just figured out my exact macros and had my last drink for the month on sunday and started my true diet (correct macros and no alcohol) on monday ... I will see next week to see if anything has changed. Hopefully it has! I also have been working out doing circuit training mostly everyday and have added a bit of yoga in as well for some stretching... one day at a time!

Ate wayyyyyy too much food yesterday ... from now on Im sticking to the plan since I got my macros pretty much perfect where I want them!!! I just wish my body didnt feel like someone kicked my ass and my stomach hurts! ... meh ... oh well time to get this work day over with and look forward to sleeping in on my weekend!
PS finally got a dark red ketostick today! ... it doesnt mean too much since they are so inaccurate but I think Im going in the right direction! Hopefully my weight reflects that if I remember to weigh in on wednesday!

So today is super bowl sunday ... I dont even watch football but I switched shifts at work (I usually work 2nd shift) in order to go to a friends party and be social for once. Im not even going to try and record my "dinner" calories .. I know theres gonna be tons of food but Im gonna try to stick to as low carb as possible ... meat, chicken wings, more chicken wings, cheese and tequila with soda water ... LOTS of tequila!!! Tomorrow Im going to try and not drink for either until March 1st or until my bf gets back March 11th ... I will see how this goes. Im almost done with level 2 of the 30 day shred and Im glad cause its getting really boring and hard on my knees. Between the jumping around and walking to and from work in the snow everyday my legs have been killing me. I actually like going to the gym and pushing heavy weights then doing this circuit training shit!!! But yes ... starting tomorrow Im keeping everything tight ... alcohol intake, calorie and marco intake and keep up the workouts. After Im done with the 30 day shred Im going to go back to doing Kettle worx 3 times a week and then JIllians shred it with weights 3 times a week and give myself one day off for yoga or something like that. But ... Ill worry about that after today :)
