I guess I now weigh 200 pounds, which is fine. It was my fault for putting my diet on such a hiatus (almost 2 full months). At least I only gained 12 pounds during that time; I went back to eating junk food. It started by me thinking that I could keep my diet steady without keeping track of literally everything I eat, but I didn't realize how much I actually needed Fat Secret. After awhile, I had a little junk food, then I had a bit more, & more. It's addicting. I learned my lesson. I'm completely staying away from junk food, like I should have to begin with.
