I was one of those lucky people who never had to worry about what they ate or how much of it. Now, I have to be more aware of it. Not only because I am getting older, but because for mostly 8 hours a day, I am sitting at a desk. I am little unsure of the whole dieting thing and have to admit that sunflower seeds and nacho cheese Doritos are my weakness. I have a habit of snacking more than eating healthy balanced meals. I am welcome to any suggestions anybody has that helped them curb the snacking habit.
I do go to the gym and love to be active outdoors.
