i've not had a energy drink today, which is good, but whats more amazing is, i don't really crave it. im very happy that i feel that way, i need to feel that. though i have found these Jones sodas drinks that have GABA supplement in it, which it good for the brain. there's no caffeine in them besides whats naturally occurring in the tea that's in it. they contain no HFCS which is awesome, it has cane sugar which is better than most. The one i like best is the apple, tastes clean and fresh. its not carbonated which i like cause that to me seems acidic and bad. And theyre only 80 calories.

wow, only ate three things today and almost 2000 calories... pretty bad, wont be eating some of those things again now that i know they're that fatty. Pedometers says 6200...3.1 miles, and burned 430 calories today, yesterday, 9362...4.68 miles, and burned 649 calories

ive never done anything like this. i hope this is something that will help me change, hopefully. im ready for a change, to become a better person and get on with my life and maybe meet someone new... personally, i know it wont happen until lose my weight and begin to like myself. i dont need people telling me i shouldnt have to lose weight to like myself, they dont know me. i know you can but....
the one thing that i have a real problem with is energy drinks. for years now i stopped drinking pop, if i do, i will only drink 7up, sprite type of drinks. oh but once i stopped pop i met the energy drink then i was hooked... ill drink two or three a day i had it down to about one for a while. but its killing me and i need to nip it in the butt, ive probably shot my adrenal glands to death by now. they give me no energy what so ever, its the caffeine.... what a drug, man. other than that, my good requires me to be on my feet for a good 5 or 6 hours putting out plants at a lowes store. and how hot its been here, its miserable. so by the time i get home, i dont feel like doing anything but sleeping. Sad thing is youd thing i would lose some kind of weight but no..
i was at good weight about three years ago but in my first semester at college i had to get my gallbladder taken out. That is when i believe i gained weight, which it was... having a it out also maybe my body unable to break down fats as easily, since the gallbladder is a sac to hold stomach acid for fats...
other than that, i dont like to eat much meat, im ok with chicken only if its cooked in certain ways. but im totally down with teas, spices, and stuff of that nature.
