I cant work out how to enter my food

I have heard of that app but, personally not tried yet. I got a question, how are you recording the foods in restaurant? How do you count the calories on it?

There's actually an app that you can download for your water tracking consumption. It shows time and how many cups of water to take.

Me too, most of the time I eat everything but in moderation. I tried the different methods of diet but, didn't work for me as its too hard haha

Starting off the right way.
What kind of foods do you usually eat? If you are meat lover, you can go for Keto. Otherwise, if you prefer vegetables then, vegetarian diet will suit you.
