An MRI confirmed the USAF pain management doc: progressing numbness in feet and legs and neurologic cold feet is from spinal stenosis.
Strengthening the core may help prior to any surgery. Dang. I prefer the non-invasive type procedures like radio-frequency ablation (RFA) to surgery.

My FatSecret iOS Settings are Region =US and Language=English. Today, my Home “Following” feed has Chinese, German, and Russian users as well as English.
A few months ago, a Spanish feed popped up. It wasn’t too bad, because I’m learning Spanish, but it was a bit time consuming.

I doubt that weighing every day versus every week really helps.
What does research say about driving 90 miles to get your vehicle with five nonworking systems diagnosed in one day (versus three weeks and coming back later to get it fixed)? What does it say about eating at a delicious Pizza Hut buffet for the first time in five years?
Electrical impedance scale:
206.0 pounds:
41.3 % fat
29.8 % water
27.3 % muscles
3.6 lbs. bone
I’ll figure out the poundage of each later.
I believe the scale was off in October and November (the weight loss seemed too much) which led me to change the battery.

Time for more Cool Radio Frequency Ablation on my SI joint.
They used to think that nerves didn’t grow back, but now, with neuroplasticity, researchers, think they may. I know for sure my pain nerves are growing back. It would be nice if my brain nerves would grow back (in a creative and rational manner).
I am fortunate the local pain management clinic accepts retiree spouses. It will probably take about two months to get it done, however. Hoping it will take less time.
