It's been well over a year since I logged into fatsecret. Crazy to see my last weigh in was at 342.5 lbs. So thankful my longtime friend got in touch with me the next week leading to me starting the 90 Day Body By Vi Challenge Feb 8, 2012. It is Day 87 of my 5th Challenge and I am happy to report that I am down 115 lbs thus far and a crazy 32% Body fat. I love having my shakes and how simple the plan is. I am currently sitting around 12% body fat and will be looking to get leaner in my next challenge.
I don't know if my old fatsecret friends are still around but I hope you've been successful with the goals we once discussed. For anyone else that may come across this post. Don't hesitate to ask how I did it. Message me here or

Great day, woke up energized after a good nights rest. Hit the Gym where i burned 700 on the elliptical followed that up wit an hour of lifting and abs. Just had dinner, teriyaki marinade chicken breast, green beans, brown rice, lets go. Trying to whip this body back into shape. Hope you made the best of your day.
