Given that it was teacher appreciation week, and the PTRO always includes the office staff, I was a little worried about my chances for losing weight this week. They love to give out food and snacks. I let myself indulge several times, but was good at home. I was hoping to lose the last few ounces to hit 30 lbs down, so I am immensely happy that I passed that and am officially at 31 lbs down. I need to try to maintain as I have family flying in next week for my son's high school graduation and I know I will be eating out a lot. Here's to the next few weeks!

Don't feel like going to WW today. Had a lovely seder last night, but did not do crazy. My scale says I maintained so I am happy. Wishing everyone a Happy Passover and Happy Easter.

So, no weigh in before the race last weekend, along with not staying completely on plan and I'm down half a pound. Very pleased with that considering I was up 2.5 on my scale at the beginning of the week! Now to try and practice what I preach and drink more water! Have a great week everyone!
