Have become a vegetarian and am finally getting off a seemingly never ending plateau that lasted for months and months!!

Today I lost my 115th pound..! I can't believe it. I also measured and I've lost 1/2 inch on both waist and hips!!!!! I read online that if women have a 35 inch waist or less it is much better for their heart..my waist measurement is 37 inches so i've been trying to really tone up that area in the gym..I want to get to 35!!
On another note, if anyone reads this..the FiberOne bars are so delicious and really "legal" on a diet. Ofcourse if you are on the South beach they wouldn't be, but for a pretty big bar they have 35% of your fiber, only 140 calories, 4 g of fat and only 1.5 saturated! The oats and chocolate ones are the best. For my breakfast a lot of the time I have one of those bars with a sugar-free, fat-free Caramal Machiatto hot for 60 calories (small) and that makes for a 200 calorie breakfast which fills you up so well and leaves you with the delicous taste of chocolate and caramel!!! Oh man, yummy!
