Glad to have lost 1-1/2 lbs. this week. I have to eat better. I will get to the bottom of my problem with eating correctly when committing to do so. Had more chips and candy this week than I have had in weeks. Must remember to keep them out of the house. Thinking about posting a reminder on my bedroom wall.

A 680 calorie hummus and falafel wrap threw off my calorie count today. I am not discouraged. Had 1900 calories today. I hope not to make an entry like this again.

Not sure what I was thinking today. Friend at the gym comments positively on my size. I end the day by making and eating half a pan of Rice Krispie Treats! Any comment is acceptable.
