l have always been very active, not shy to do a work out, love exercise and working around the house. since l have been going through menopause my weight has slowly crept up on me in the last 3 yrs from 67 kg to 84 kg. Six weeks ago l broke my foot and have been in plaster and moon boot since and have rocketed to 91 kg and now feeling sorry for myself, but if l don't get help l'm just going to get fatter.

Hi today l had a appointment with my Dietitian l was really worried because l had gained 4 kgs since our last session but she assured me to get back on track and found my worst eating habit was late at night, so was asked to do a journal just before l go get food and write down the reason l'm getting it. Lets hope this makes a difference.
