Hi,
I'm a 57 year old teacher with type 2 diabetes if I don't eat "properly" and for me this means a keto diet.
I have had problems with my weight for my whole life but finally with keto and Ozempic I'm managing to get on top of it.
I've just started keto again - so I'm under 20g of carbs per day.
