Mad cause I've been watching my calories but, I've gained. The trainer said I would if I don't change up my workout. Well, he's right. I've mastered the elliptical machine. Yes, mastered it. I feel stronger and my clothes fit better. BUT, THE SCALE SAYS DIFFERENTLY!!!! Stupid scale. Gained...ugh... I'm mad. I'm eating a salad and a piece of cornbread. I deserve a treat. Stupid scale.
I feel guilty now. I had a salad, a piece of cornbread, and an orange. It was good too. Now, I'm too full. I want to take a nap. I feel so guilty... stupid scale.

Went to the gym last night and worked up a good sweat. I tried to keep my heart rate above 150 and hit 160 on a few challenging spurts. I did not go to the gym this morning; I was watching the Royal Wedding. Gorgeous and Elegant!! Maybe tonight after the boys football game. Hopefully....
