I have not officially started this diet as of yet. Though I am planning on officially beginning this diet on Aug 1st 2015. I selected this diet because it offers rapid weight loss, control of cravings, will diminish my inflammation levels and I do not want to be hungry all the time. I have been collecting recipe's now for a week. I have my grocery list together and plan on doing that later today. My goal is to have my fat intake at 70%, my protein at 20% and my carbohydrates at 10%. I have a 120 lbs to loose to put me in my correct weight for height and age. I haven't done my measurements yet but plan on getting that done today as well. I joined this site so that I have a level of accountability and as a means in which to keep track of fats/proteins and carbohydrates along with water intake. According to my weight I should be drinking 5 liters of water a day and that is going to be a huge hurtle for me. I am excited though because of all health benefits I am going to gain. Can not wait for the increased energy to kick in.
