For the last four months I have started my diet just about every morning and I do really well for breakfast. but the rest of the day is a disaster. I need to stay motivated throughout the day. Any Ideas?

Finally down 2 more pounds. Had to do the take off to get over my hump. Ate out way too much the last two weeks. But every little bit helps. Started P90X yesterday. Doing the lean version. Lets see how I do adding exercise. I'm hoping for 3lb loss a week.

These past two weeks have not been good. Today I'm going back on track. Easter weekend we went to visit family and needless to say, I did not follow the diet as I should have. Then friday I went out with friends and had more than my fair share of drinks. Ugh. But I love monday's because it's like being able to start over fresh every week so hopefully by next monday i will be at 158. I'm also going to start at least walking for like 30 minutes every day! OK size 10 I'm ready for you two weeks I will get there.

still to go: 35.0 lb

I've dropped 4 pounds in the first week of being on the LA Weight loss diet. YAY!!! I wish I could lose 4 per week but I know that I will probably lose 2 per week now. That's good enough for me though. It's been hard to resist temptation but I just think, "Nothing tastes as good as being thin does!"
