Shit day- am pissed of as was doing soooooo well..
went to applebees with collegaue.. ordered the grilled chicken with veg.. no problems
BUT I ate onion RINGS !!! and had a bit of an oreo mousse shooter thing!! only thing keeping me sane is that I didnt finish it and that I feel guilty!! which in turn makes me feel this diet does at least work you know

I started the dukan diet 6days ago at 108 (didnt know how to change date when i registered) in any case i have lost 2 kg since then so am a happy bunny
yesterday was my first day of veg and protein.. and it went well.. the diet seems to get easier as i go along.. i just have to make sure i have snacks and treats ready so i dont cheat.
