So I just measured myself, my last set of measurements were 3 weeks ago (21st Jan) and I have lost kind of an astounding amount of cms. The bike riding has been a revelation! I've gone from putting on or staying to same weight to losing a bunch!!
21st Jan:
- Hips: 122cm
- Waist: 95cm
16th Feb:
- Hips: 116.5cm
- Waist: 89.5cm

So I'm actually REALLY proud of my legs. A few months back, I started bike riding again for the first time in years& my legs are already getting smaller, stronger& more defined. I am ofc a work in progress, but im proud of them. They've gotten me this far!

did this ride on monday but still wanted to share it, i did over 12kms (quite easily, its getting easier), and allegedly burned 823 calories!
