I was tried to control my calories intake, till afternoon everything was good but when come to dinner time I crossed my 2000 per day limit :( . From today I’ll more focuses on food. I need carbohydrates with protein. Fiber carbs are excellent.

Today is first day of 30 lbs losing in 90 days challenge? I will drink 3 liters water, 2 cups Green tea and I always spend 90 min in gym with HIIT exercise. I took this challenge for my fats lose. Let c how much effected.
