Happy with my weigh loss; in fact kind of surprised as I have not been able to do my aerobics workout due to my sprained left knee. Going to try increasing my exercise a little at a time until my knee is back to 100% so that I can keep the weight loss going.

UPDATE: Went to see my doc yesterday bout my knee, she told me that I did n't mess up my acl but I did sprain my knee. So that being said I cannot bowl the rest of the season which ticks me off because now I get to pay for someone to bowl for me. Doc said I am still limited on what I can do as far as my knee goes, so I will take it easy and do what I can around the house. Weigh in is tomorrow, hoping my knee injury did not mess while my weight loss.

It has been 1 week since I messed up the ACL in my left knee. I see my doc on Monday to determine how bad I messed it up, and if I need to be referred to an Orthopedic doc. I hate not being able to do my full workouts, but I am managing to get partial workouts done and I keep myself busy around the house so that I am not just sitting all the time.

Down 2.1 lbs. this week even with my messed up knee.. I can still do my weight workout every other day so I guess that helps. I am keeping very close tabs on my calorie intake and what i do in an average day that will not hurt my knee anymore than it already is. All in all I am grateful for the loss this week.

Did something to my knee this past Saturday (March 3rd) when I did my aerobics workout; going to have to get it looked at to find out what I did.
UPDATE: Went to the emergency room about my knee and found out I messed up my ACL. If it is not better in a week I have to see my doctor and be referred to an Orthopedic doctor to see if I tore it.
