Tried a few different types of "diets" for the past couple years. I finally found a homeopathic doctor that listened and CARED that I have stomach issues. She even sent me to get it checked! (which is more than what the actual gastro doc did). Turns out I have gall stones. She recommended I try the Blood Type Diet. So, finally knowing again what type I am, I will give it a go. I just hope I am successful this time. Especially staying off the wheat! lol. Been trying to be gluten free for a couple years now.....
