So I decided today I'd start taking all this diet talk seriously. I'm not happy whatsoever with my body or weight right now, and my boyfriend, who happens to be a personal trainer and starting to do body building competitions only makes me wabg to change even more. I know I'm not obese, but I'm not at the weight I want to be at, nor am I as toned as I want to be.
The last few days I've been really good at watching What I eat, and how many calories I take in, which made me laugh when I looked at the calorie intake calculated by this website, because honestly if I ate 2100 calories a day I'd be gaining some serious weight.
As of today, I'm 17, 5'6'', and 150lbs. I'd love to get back down to 125, and am open to and suggestions or help. I have unlimited txting (US) and would love a diet buddy, preferably with the same, or close to the same plans.
