hovering between 152 and 154 for the past two weeks...really want to be in the 140s...but theres hope :)

Ok so I did horrible this weekend like I do every weekend...but what can ya do right? Just get back on the horse. Starting South Beach Supercharged this week so we'll see how that goes...Happy Easter

Just created a South Beach Diet: SUPERCHARGED Phase 1 challange...please check it out...havent steped on a scale yet today but it's weigh in days with the girls from work so we'll see how I do in about 20 minutes...I hope I lost since last week. Going to the gym with my sister after work so I'll feel like I accomplished something good today. I feel like I did good with food today though.

so no gym this morning...i was def tired. I dont even remember turning my alarm off. But yesterday was the trainer day so my body hurts and i kinda wanted a day off anyways...feel like i'm doing good with food so far today...SLIM FAST for lunch...yummy! Actually, they really are getting better then they were years ago. good luck to all!

Ok so today is my first day using this website ubt i have used the fatsecret app on my blackberry to track calories. I have lost about 14 lbs since february and hope to lose about 20 more to get down 132 lbs. I have been working out and eating about 1200 calories a day. I also work with a trainer at the gym every 2 weeks to get a new exercise strategy. this morning was my second time meeting with her and i had lose 3 lbs so today is an up day for me! I resisted the urge to buy a bag of Crap Chips and eat all of them so i am excited about that as well. I have found that the only way i can lose weight is by dieting and exercising, not what many people want to do. i am hoping that by staying dedicated and having support i will be able to reach my ultimate goal.
