I recorded everything yesterday again! How many days to build up s habit again?
Weight the same this morning. Off to swim then run off my foot is feeling ok. It was acting up yesterday so I might need to bail early. We shall see.

I managed to record again yesterday. I couldn't get up to go swimming though. Wednesday intervals and Thursday recovery run just makes me feel dead Fridays.
Oh well, tomorrow will be q swim then run kind of day. Anyone have any good plans for the weekend?

I wasn't joking when I said I was feeding my face. 🙃
I don't like the 145 number because it's where my BMI tips over 25. The scale claims body fat was down a smidge though. 🤷♀️
I recorded everything yesterday! Now to do it again today!

alright, I'm recording shite today. so far, anyways. 😜
Soooo, I'm doing another triathlon in September. A friend is doing one, and it's no fun to do one by yourself! it's still a sprint, but slightly different. 500 yd swim, 14 mile bike and 5k. I don't know the bike elevation yet, but I'm assuming I should do better than last time since 1 mile on the bike less saves more time than 100 yds of extra swim. we shall see!

I have been eating terrible lately. So bad my reflux cough has come back. 😅😬😞 I need some accountability, ha. exercise has been going great though 🙄😜
