I have been eating between light/regular since Monday. I probably gained a lot of weight. I'll weigh in tmm. I'm thinking about detoxing Friday-Sunday again.
This morning was a special treat for me, I got to go out with my boyfriend for pot roast. Yum!

Went on a 3 day fast. Today I ate 1 packet SF oatmeal, 3/4 can soy milk, 2 slimfast ultras, 2 andies, 4 grapes, and some soup broth.

Been doing really good on my detox. This is day 2. I have been drinking tea/juice/"lemonade". I accidently took a big sip of a juice i thought was zero calories, but was 120/bottle. I probably consumed 50cals. I also ate a tiny bit of gravy.
At one point it said on my scale 137. Wow.
Food isn't so big of a deal. I'm excited about crock potting a beef and veggie stew sometime this week, and about breakfast on Monday (just oatmeal).
