By this time next year, I will be 130lbs or less of solid sexy muscle and curves.

I've always come so close to seeing my 6-pack show, but then I slowly back away due to being afraid of not being able to maintain a lean body and do self sabotage! NO MORE!!

In the next 3 months (12 weeks) I want to drop at least 12-15 lbs.

I'm going to start by losing 1lb or more a week, and at the same time gain muscle by burning fat.

Train hard - challenge myself and stretch before and after each workout to increase flexibility.

Stay focused and organized with my diet and tweak it according to my weight.

Prep my meals each week when needed to maintain my success.

Work harder and get stronger ever week and month by tweaking my diet, and increasing my weights/reps/and exercises.

Follow my Stay Fit - Operation S Curve Trainer via Skype and emails to help him create dramatic results by tweaking my plan to my custom needs!
