About the photo, I intend to use this website to track my progress at the end of the day through photos, and tracking my food!

With 22 looming around the corner it feels harder to make immature decisions (maybe harder to not feel guilty😬)

Starting with this calorie tracking as I've been hitting the gym regularly for about 2 months now. My goal is a specific bodyfat % over a goal weight , I am currently without instruments to measure either.

Hopefully I can take regular pictures as a means of tracking my progress .

I look forward to tracking many meals and writing many recipes in the coming months!

Hey! I'm a little new to fatsecret but I can highly reccomend a kitchen scale! Not only are they cheap they have a huge range of uses! I use my scale to keep the exact ammounts of food tracked for meals and plug them into cookbook, or just add the ingredients to my food journal!

If you are seriously into cooking, tracking measurements in grams to the accuracy of a two decimal places is extremely helpfull. Knowing the difference between two pinches of Sichuan pepper v.s. 1.7g can make or break a dish! Plus you can record those meals that turned out extra special and have a better chance of recreating them.
