I WILL lose 10 pounds by July 4th! That means weighing 137!
I will be active at least 40 minutes a day! I will cut out ALL soda! I will record everything I eat! I will NOT eat breadsticks at work! I will consume less than 1300 calories a day or 22 weight watcher points! I CAN DO IT!

Gosh today I was overwhelmed with temptation! I succumed! At work today there was free mac and cheese, free BBQ Chicken pizza, free bread sticks and free beer! I went a tad overboard... I had lots of bread which I am supposed to be avoiding!! I feel really bad about it now... this sucks!
