Today was a bad bad day in eating habits...I ate junk food all day because I was on the road running errands all day. Tomorrow I will do better..I'm getting groceries in the morning and I'm only buying stuff from the perimeter of the store meaning produce, dairy, meat, etc..nothing processed..that is my promise to myself.

Today was a bad bad day...I cheated badly. I had taquitos from Costco for lunch and I was so full I only had waffles for supper. Then my husband decides to bring me home a "treat" which in his warped mind is a big bag of Sour Cream and Onion chips..needless to say today was not a good day. At least the fudgesicle I ate was a Weight Watchers one.

Day 3, so far so good..I'm craving sweets like crazy, how do I get over that??? Its all I can do not to walk to the store and buy a chocolate bar.
