very slow progress but not giving up. I have not had any sweets for over two months now and I am okay with that. I am on Keto diet now, so similar to Atkins. Following recipes provided with weekly meal plan. All very good.

not doing as well as I would have expected seeing as I m eating very low carbs. I will need to evaluate how much I am actually eating and see if I need to lower calorie intake as well.

started serious low carb, low fat, no sugar diet as recommended by cardiologist

I wasn't as good this week. Went off diet plan twice. I am back on now and feeling like I want it. Should show at least 1 pound off next week.
