MY BAD!!!!! Made breakfast this morning, then my dog started barking to go outside. Too the dog out, changed clothes to go to the gym, started laundry, put laundry away, put shoes on, grabbed gym bag, and then my son and I headed to the gym, started workeout and after 20 minutes became sick and had a strong headache. Realized I had left my breakfast on the counter at home. Hadn't had anything to eat since yesterday at 6pm. Will go to the gym tonight. Have rescheduled appt with trainer tomorrow at 4:30 pm that way I will have eaten something LOL.
