didn't feel like eating much today - no appetite. might be coming down with the flu or something - hopefully i'll be better tomorrow.

daughter was in the hosptal for 3 days = stressful -- didn't snack much and was hungy at meal time once stress level was down.

flying home from vegas - not a lot of healthy choices other than fruit. felt hungry - but stayed focused on what i was eating

feeling healthier and eating better today good workout today which always helps me stay focused on what I eat. since I've been focused I have not have any cravings, any mood swings -- generally lots happier
