I shouldn't be surprised at the number on the scale, and to think, if back in June I stuck with it... imagine where I'd be today. Last week on GMA a man lost 100 lbs in 4 months! He did it by cutting out white food (pasta, potatoes etc) and exercising. He looked amazing. His goal was to go back on vacation not looking like he did on his last vacation. What is the next big event that I want to look and feel great at? Do I even care anymore?
